Rent Payment Instructions
Rent can be paid by check or money order, and should be mailed to 45-17 Marathon Parkway, Little Neck, NY 11362. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to pay by ACH. The ACH form can be found here.
You should receive a written lease renewal offer from our office 90-120 days before your lease expires. Please fill out the form and return it to our office as soon as possible. If you don’t receive your lease renewal form in that time frame, or if you have any questions, please contact Sharon at 718-228-1900 or by email at Saustin@katzrealtygroup.com. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MAY NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE LEASE RENEWAL FORM. YOU MAY EITHER ACCEPT THE RENEWAL ON THE TERMS OFFERED, OR CHOOSE TO NOT RENEW.
